There’s a kind of quiet magic happening here…Our project in Rosemary Beach has natural light pouring through unfinished windows and every detail starting to hum with intention. Grateful for these in-between moments—the ones that shape whats to come…

The architecture here has a point of view. Sand-colored everything. Sharp lines softened by sea air. It’s giving minimal coastal, but make it sculptural. The kind of place where even the shadows have good taste.

The site visit delivered. We walked the space, mapped out the vision, and let the surroundings do their thing—informing palette, texture, mood. Rosemary has this low-key drama I love. It’s not trying too hard. And that’s the whole point.

This project is going to lean into restraint. Clean shapes, elevated materials, tonal layers. Less “beach house,” more curated escape. Think plaster, European lighting, and vintage finds with living patina. A little French riviera, a little Brutalist, all intentional. Every corner needs a purpose and a little tension.
